NIMORA BEAUTY offers free tracked shipping on every US order. There is no minimum purchase required.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Delivery time
Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within the contiguous United States. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may take longer.
Tracking information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use that number to follow your package from our warehouse to your door.
Shipping carriers
We partner with reliable national carriers to deliver your order safely. The carrier for your order may vary based on destination and package size.
International shipping
At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and make it right.
