If your skin does not love the product, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. In most cases, you do not need to return the item to qualify.

Eligibility

• The purchase was made directly from nimorabeauty.com.
• The request is submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Products purchased as part of a promotional bundle may be refunded as a bundle only.
• Gift cards and final-sale items are not eligible for return or refund.

How to request a refund

1. Email us at support@nimorabeauty.com with your order number and reason for the return.
2. Our team will review your request and reply within 2 business days.
3. If a return is required, we will provide a prepaid return label.
4. Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us right away with photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or process a refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
